Sixpenny Wood Wind Farm Fund in the UK

The Two Ridings Community Foundation is now accepting applications for its Sixpenny Wood Wind Farm Community Fund to help voluntary organisations, community groups and small charities or projects that support charitable, educational, community, environmental, energy efficiency or general community amenity projects in the local area.

This grant scheme is for the benefit of the area around the Sixpenny Wood Wind Farm in East Yorkshire. The villages of Blacktoft, Eastrington, Gilberdyke, Hook, Kilpin and Laxton are included as part of the scheme.

The grant scheme is to benefit local residents affected by the construction and operation of the wind farm. It is administered by the Two Ridings Community Foundation on behalf of Greencoat UK Wind.
