The Brazilian Fund is inviting proposals, during the opening of the 12th International Congress of Investigative Journalism of Abraji, the edict “Investigative Journalism and Human Rights” with an objective to support civil society organizations and / or individuals focusing on institutional violence and discrimination.

The initiative aims to stimulate the production of high quality investigative journalism, with stories that contain relevant stories and contribute to improving society’s understanding of human rights violations.

The announcement is made through a partnership with the Ford Foundation, the Open Society Foundation and the Clua (Climate and Land Use Alliance).
