The Town of Breckenridge is proud to offer support to local non-profits through a yearly Grant process.

The Town of Breckenridge has multiple partners including citizens, taxpayers, businesses, guests, employees and other governmental agencies. It is important that the Town strengthen relationships with their partners by adopting clear and comprehensive policies. The Town’s grant process was created as a means to fairly, equitably and consistently provide funding and in-kind services to the community.

They support charitable organizations that enhance and serve the Breckenridge/Upper Blue area through a Grant Application Program. Grants are awarded once a year to agencies providing programs, services and/or events in the areas of health and human service, art and culture, education, environment, and sports.

Types of Grants:

Priority Investments

Support is available to charitable organizations that enhance and serve the Breckenridge / Upper Blue area. The Town invests in local non-profits with programs, initiatives and events that are aligned with their strategies and demonstrate how they can make an impact for their community.

Strategic Alignment

Financial and Programmatic Capacity – Successful applicants will show evidence that they are stable, have a solid financial and management team, a strong balance sheet and programming plans that illustrates the grant will be sustained beyond the Town’s investment.
