U.S. Department of State, Bureau of PRM: 2018 NGO Projects Benefiting Refugees and Other Vulnerable Populations in Egypt

Deadline: 28 March 2018

The United States Department of State Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM) is seeking proposals from eligible organisations for its 2018 NGO programs benefiting refugees and other vulnerable populations in Egypt.

Proposed activities should primarily support Syrian and/or Sub-Saharan African refugee populations in Egypt. Programs may include both populations but should provide a beneficiary breakdown by proportion of the two populations. Because of PRM’s mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will consider funding only those projects that include a target beneficiary base of at least 50 percent refugees. Projects should demonstrate increased emphasis on mainstreaming protection, including gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and response and child protection, across proposed sectors and activities.
