U.S. Department of State Request for Proposals: Inviting Entities for The Colombo Plan Gender Affairs Programme (CPGAP)

The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), is seeking proposals for its “The Colombo Plan for Cooperative Economic and Social Development in Asia and the Pacific, represented by the Gender Affairs Programme (CPGAP)” to increase access to justice for individuals who have survived, or are at risk of experiencing, gender-based violence and/or trafficking in persons.

CPGAP is dedicated to increasing awareness of women’s legal rights and gender issues, conducting research on gender and child issues and developments, supporting member countries to implement global/UN standards on women and children’s rights, and assisting member countries to formulate policies according to global women standards and norms.
