All such applications must clearly identify the applicant, and the applicant may designate one or more partner organizations as sub-recipients. If an applicant applies for an award under this solicitation and intends to provide a sub-award to another organization(s), the proposal must clearly delineate the respective roles and responsibilities of the applicant and sub-recipients. Applicants should submit a copy of any agreements under the letters of intent to cooperate. All terms and conditions for a successful applicant also apply to any proposed sub-grant recipients.
