U.S. Embassy in Croatia Small Grants Program

Small Grants

Deadline: 28-Jun-2024

The U.S. Embassy Zagreb’s Public Diplomacy Section (PDS Zagreb) is pleased to announce that funding is available through PDS Zagreb’s Small Grants Program.

PD Zagreb invites proposals for programs that strengthen ties between the United States and Croatia through activities that highlight shared values and promote bilateral cooperation. All proposals are required to have a clear connection to the United States, either through a partnership with U.S. organizations, experts, and/or best practices to increase the awareness and understanding of U.S. perspectives, policies, and society. Proposals without significant U.S. content will not be considered for funding.  Grant activities include, but are not limited to workshops, seminars, trainings, lectures, and master classes on themes or topics that advance shared democracy, economic, and security goals, and programs that reinforce and amplify lessons learned by Croatian alumni of U.S. Government-funded and private sector exchange programs.

Project proposals must also support at least one Priority Program Area.  Programs with regional components and programs led by the U.S. government alumni are encouraged.
