The U.S. Embassy Quito and U.S. Consulate Guayaquil Public Affairs Sections (PAS) of the U.S. Department of State have announced that funding is available through the Public Diplomacy Small Grants Program.

PAS Quito invites proposals for programs that strengthen cultural ties between the United States and Ecuador through cultural and exchange programming that highlights shared values and promotes bilateral cooperation.  All programs must include a U.S. cultural element, or connection with U.S. expert/s, organization/s, or institution/s in a specific field that will promote increased understanding of U.S. policy and perspectives.
