UNDP invites Financial Institutions to Present Solutions to Increase the Availability of Microfinance (Belarus)

UNDP and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus, with the financial support of the European Union, announce a competition among financial institutions interested in carrying out a set of measures to increase the availability of microfinance services at the local level in order to stimulate the development of the micro, small and medium-sized business sector in the Republic of Belarus.

Bidders are invited to submit proposals for the implementation of a set of measures to increase the availability of microfinance services at the local level. The winner of the competition will be reimbursed for the costs associated with the implementation of the proposed solutions.

It is expected that the winner of the competition will create an infrastructure to increase the availability of microfinance services, provide consulting services in the field of microfinance, conduct information and educational activities to promote microfinance services in the pilot districts of the Project.

Project Goal: to support economic initiative, competitiveness and innovations for inclusive development at the local level in the Republic of Belarus.
