The Mole Valley District Council (MVDC) is pleased to launch the Small-Grants Community Fund to support charities, community and voluntary groups that carry out valuable work within their communities, building increased community resilience and self-reliance.
Priorities
Priority will be given to organisations which:
- show they will deliver improvements in at least one of the Council Strategy priority areas
- show they have community support
- work collaboratively with other agencies, organisations and individuals
- raise funding through as many sources as possible
- demonstrate that a grant will help to attract or unlock funding from other sources
Funding Information
- Grants up to £5,000 are available for revenue costs or for small improvements to community buildings.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applications should be completed in line with the guidance document which is available with the application forms.
- All completed applications accompanied by the required supporting documentation, received before the publicised deadline, will be considered. Applications received after this date will be considered in the next funding cycle.
- Applications will not be accepted from organisations that have previously failed to provide adequate monitoring data and who have been notified that they are ineligible.
