US: 2022 Environmental Education and Project Grant

Deadline: 9-May-22

The Champlin Environmental Resources Commission (ERC) is pleased to offer the 2022 Environmental Education and Project Grant to area schools and community service organizations to conduct environmental education and to carryout environmental projects that directly benefit the City of Champlin.

Education is one of two eligible funding categories. Monies may be used to purchase materials, speakers, field trips and anything else that may be needed to carry out the education process. The education effort must focus on environmental education.

The second category is environmental projects; past projects included the development of a recycling program and construction of bird houses.

The ERC is looking for creative ideas that make a strong impact with the limited funds that are available. The parameters for the award of this grant are intentionally broad to encourage unique ideas.
