The Rochester Area Community Foundation (RACF) has launched the My Hands My Voice Fund – Signing for Very Young Children.
Purpose: To encourage all very young children and their families, not just those who are deaf or unable to speak, to communicate more effectively through access to signing instruction and support.

Typical Grant Size: $250 – $500
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be 501(c)(3) organizations within the eight-county region around Rochester (Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, Seneca, Wayne, and Yates counties).
