USAID Call for Proposals: El Salvador’s Country Development Cooperation

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) El Salvador is issuing this APS pursuant to the Foreign Assistance Act (FAA) of 1961, as amended. The goal of this APS is to partner with numerous stakeholders to contribute to achieving the USAID/El Salvador’s Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) 2020-2025 goal.

USAID/El Salvador’s CDCS goal is: Reduce the Drivers of Irregular Migration by Fostering a More Self-Reliant El Salvador: Secure, Prosperous and Well-Governed. Specifically, USAID/El Salvador will remain focused on stemming the flow of irregular migration to the United States by addressing the root causes that drive Salvadorans north, and, thereby, advance the country’s sustainable development.
