The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Office of Food for Peace (FFP) is seeking applications for its funding program entitled “Development Food Security Activities in Niger and Burkina Faso.

Through FFP, USAID supports multi-year development (i.e., non-emergency) food security activities to improve and sustain the food and nutrition security of vulnerable populations. These activities work at the individual, household, and systems level to address the underlying causes of chronic food insecurity and strengthen transformative opportunities. USAID also provides emergency food assistance to address needs arising from natural disasters and complex emergencies often characterized by insecurity and population displacement.
