The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications for Cooperative Agreement from qualified U.S. and Non-U.S. organizations to provide funding in support of the Kenya Crops and Dairy Market Systems (KCDMS) Activity that will support the Kenyan people, and will also contribute towards enhancing economic opportunities and security for the American people.
The aim of this program is to advance the objectives of GFSS: inclusive and sustainable agriculturally-led economic growth, strengthened resilience among people and systems, and a well nourished population, especially women and children.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any U.S. or non-U. S. organizations, non-profit, or for-profit entity is eligible to apply.
- USAID encourages applications from potential new partners.
- Applicants must have established financial management, monitoring and evaluation processes, internal control systems, and policies and procedures that comply with established U.S. Government standards, laws, and regulations.
