USAID Young People for Integrity and Accountability (YPIA) Activity in Zimbabwe

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications for a cooperative agreement from qualified entities to implement the Partnership for Justice Young People for Integrity and Accountability (YPIA) program.

The United States Agency for International Development in Zimbabwe (USAID/Zimbabwe) anticipates awarding a five-year, $12 million activity called Young People for Integrity and Accountability (YPIA). The cooperative agreement to be awarded under this Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) will contribute to results under Development Objective (DO3) of USAID/Zimbabwe’s five-year Country Development Cooperation Strategy (CDCS) 2016-20220 and the three DOs of the 2022-2027 CDCS. U.S. and non-U.S. organizations may participate under this Notice of Funding Opportunity.

The purpose of this activity is to strengthen the ability of young people and key institutions at the sub-national level to improve good governance and public integrity. The objectives of this activity are to:

Funding Information

USAID intends to award one (1) Cooperative Agreement pursuant to this notice of funding opportunity. Subject to funding availability and at the discretion of the Agency, USAID intends to provide $12 million in total USAID funding over a five (5) year period.

Duration: The anticipated period of performance is five (5) years. The estimated start date is October 1, 2022.
