The Wettenhall Environment Trust has announced a call for proposals for the Small Environmental Grant Scheme.

The Small Environmental Grant Program provides support for people undertaking projects that will make a positive difference to the natural living environment, in land, sea or air, rural or urban. The trust supports grassroots organisations and individuals, and academics who are working with on-ground community groups.

In order to preserve and increase vitality and diversity in the Australian natural living environment, the Wettenhall Environment Trust aim to build capacity in local communities, as well as supporting and encouraging research, monitoring and education.

The Small Environmental Grants Scheme is proudly supported by private donors, the RE Ross Trust, the Albert George and Nancy Caroline Youngman Trust, Biophilia Foundation, Diana and Brian Snape AM, The Williams Fund, Purryburry Trust, Vera Moore Foundation, and The William Buckland Foundation.
