The Ottawa Jewish Community Foundation (OJCF) is seeking applications for the Women’s Collective Philanthropy Program (WCPP) to use the power of Collective Philanthropy to nurture and maintain a systemic difference in the status of women and children.

The goal is to engage, educate and empower women to become catalysts for social change. They do this through the growth of the Women’s Collective Endowment Fund (WCEF), which supports initiatives and training that expand and improve opportunities and choices in the lives of Jewish women and children. The WCEF is a fund of the Ottawa Jewish Community Foundation.

The WCPP Grant is made possible via revenue generated from their invested capital and will be given on an annual basis, with the grant amount to be determined annually. This year it is valued at $4,000.

When is the grant period?

The WCPP Grants program takes place once per year and applicants have the option/ability to reapply annually. The application period begins in January and closes in April.

What projects are eligible?

These grants are available to individuals, groups, non-profit agencies and registered charities.
