Applications are open for the 13th edition of the Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders (ADEL) Program, a fully funded leadership initiative by the Policy Center for the New South. The programme will bring emerging leaders from across Africa, Europe, the Americas, and the Caribbean to Rabat, Morocco, for leadership training, policy discussions, and global networking from December 6–12, 2026.
About the Program
The ADEL Program is a leadership and networking initiative designed for high-impact young professionals working across:
