Applicants are invited to apply for the Startup of the Year Africa 2018, an international innovative competition for startups created by Bonjour idée with the support of 70 partners (major business groups, incubators, chambers of commerce, media, competitiveness clusters, influential blogs).
While shedding light on disruptive startups, this contest is meant to add value to the partners’ actions at the heart of the entrepreneurial ecosystem of innovation and startups, and put them in contact with innovative startups.

Eligibility Criteria
- Company must be officially registered
- Based in Africa to be named « African Startup of Year »
- No geographical restriction for other awards
- Company created after january 1st 2010
- Applicant’s product or service must be innovative
- Applicants should have a running MVP or prototype
