Apply for Young Voices Contributor Program

Public Diplomacy Grants Program for 18 Lincoln Corners throughout in Pakistan

Deadline: 30-Nov-2025

The Young Voices Contributor Program is inviting emerging writers, commentators, and policy thinkers aged 18 to 35 to join its four-month professional development initiative focused on writing, media engagement, and mentorship.

While contributors are not paid during the program, they gain invaluable mentorship and public relations support to elevate their careers. Alumni may also access selective paid opportunities through advanced tracks.

During the program, participants attend three onboarding trainings via Zoom and submit at least one article draft per month to the Young Voices editorial team. After completing the initial term, contributors can continue their journey through the Advanced Tracks—Writers, Commentators, or Policy Fellows—which provide ongoing publication opportunities, media exposure, or specialized policy learning guided by think tank scholars.

Young Voices welcomes applicants from the United States and other Anglosphere nations, including Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom, with a separate fellowship available for Europe-based writers. Interested applicants must submit a résumé, an unpublished op-ed draft (500–800 words), and a two-minute introductory video expressing their motivation to join.

Applications for the Spring 2026 cohort are open until November 30, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
