The Ukrainian Women’s Fund announces the grant competition “Assistance in the implementation of regional action plans 1325” for women’s/feminist organizations from Zakarpattia, Luhansk, Lviv, Kharkiv and Khmelnytskyi regions.

About the Project

The project “Women, peace, security: local needs – local solutions” is aimed at supporting the implementation of the agenda of women, peace, security in Ukraine and localization of the national action plan for the implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 1325 “Women. Peace. Security” (resolution 1325) in five regions – Zakarpattia, Luhansk, Lviv, Kharkiv and Khmelnytskyi.

Within the framework of the project, representatives of public organizations, local authorities, the security and defense sector, and the media cooperate to identify and implement concrete solutions to the security challenges faced by women and girls at the local level, and to effectively implement regional action plans for the implementation of Resolution 1325 taking into account the needs of the population of a specific region. The project is implemented by the Ukrainian Women’s Fund with the financial support of the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

As part of the Competition, the following will not be supported
Ineligible expenses

Construction and purchase of equipment/assets in the amount of more than 1,000 Euro.
