Call for Applications: Satellites for Biodiversity Award (Round 2)

Small Grants for Biodiversity Conservation in Guinea and Sierra Leone

Deadline: 15-Dec-23

Are you and/or your team exploring remote sensing in biodiversity monitoring? Are you researching new ways to harness the potential of a new generation of satellites to preserve some of the most majestic species? If yes, then the Connected Conservation Foundation wants to hear from you.

The Satellites for Biodiversity Award is a joint initiative by the Connected Conservation Foundation and the Airbus Foundation for individuals and not-for-profit organisations to submit proposals that leverage very high-resolution (VHR) satellite data to monitor and safeguard endangered species and their habitats.

They are supporting projects that advance the development and use of conservation technologies.
