Goethe-Institut is looking for external service providers for graphic design and photography services to cover all needs related to its activities.
Goethe-Découverte has been the Goethe-Institut’s talent detection platform for almost 10 years. Every year, the Goethe-Institut Kamerun provides young artists under 30 years of age from various disciplines (song, dance, music, visual art, theatre, comics and Spoken Word) with professional and organisational support for the production of their artistic works.
Objective
- To encourage as many people as possible to come and discover the winner of this year’s dance category.
Description of the Services
- Lot 1: Graphic Design
- The provider will be in charge of designing visuals for Goethe-Institut Kamerun in accordance with their graphic charter.
- Visuals intended for internal display, their website, their social media as well as print media: leaflets, magazines, brochures, roll-ups.
- For the month of February, the winner of the Dance category, Charlotte Moov, will perform on the stage of the Goethe-Institut with her show: “RENAISSANCE”
- In this contemporary dance performance, Charlotte Moov points to their painful history affected by past events and presents the rebirth of a new world away from the system. The performance will take place on 22.02.2023 at 7pm.
- Lot 2: Photography
- The profile sought will be in charge of the photo coverage of the events and activities of Goethe-Institut Kamerun: conferences, seminars, shows, concerts, workshops, youth camps, etc.
- The profile sought must guarantee an organisation that allows same day delivery of photos.
Expected Deliverables
- Visual for social media, Facebook cover and email signature.
Targets: Young artists, professionals of the dance in Cameroon and the general public.
Duration of the Contract
- Goethe-Institut Kamerun proposes a one-year contract with the selected contractors.
