U.S. Embassy in the Democratic Republic of Congo has launched the Fulbright Foreign Student Program 2020.
The U.S. Embassy in Kinshasa welcomes applications from qualified Congolese to study towards a master’s degree at a U.S. university through the Fulbright Foreign Student Program. The United States government, in partnership with American host universities, fully funds Fulbright Foreign Student scholarships.
All applicants should note that funding is provided for no more than two years of study. Applicants must comply fully with U.S. immigration laws and regulations. All finalists must return to the DRC upon completion of their studies.
Eligibility Criteria
- A four year bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required to qualify for a master’s degree program in the United States.
- Applicants must be a Congolese citizen, in good health, and proficient in English.
- Applicants who are chosen to be finalists must be available for a personal interview.
