Applications are now open for the Columbia Pacific Regional Housing Impact Fund 2021.
The Regional Housing Impact Fund (RHIF) has been developed to expand the availability of housing options for residents whose incomes qualify them for the Oregon Health Plan.
- It intends to be used to leverage additional funding for projects that have multiple funding streams of financing–not as a sole source of support.
- It is designed to be able to act quickly when the circumstances demand it.
- It intends to fund applications for capacity building.
- Projects must be located in the CPCCO services area.

- Referral pathways consultation e.g. Built for Zero

- Members who have a behavioral health diagnosis
- Members who are at risk of or who are houseless
- Members’ families who are at risk of or who are houseless
- Members who are senior citizens
- Members who are transition aged youth (14-24 years old)
Eligibility Criteria
- Organizations whose mission or core competencies include housing development, housing support services and eviction prevention services.
- For housing stock: organizations that develop housing that is a benefit to their members for a minimum of thirty years.
- For services: Non-profits with missions are aligned with the purpose of the project. Must have capacity and capability to provide services in their area.
