Eligibility Criteria
- The child you are applying for must reside in WA
- The child you are applying for must be aged 0-17 (they must be under 18 at the time of submission)
- The child you are applying for must have a disability or long-term health condition that is diagnosed by a health professional or be disadvantaged (financially, geographically or socially)
- Your family household income needs to be below the guide
- The equipment you’re seeking funding for must not available via government funding or alternative sources
