The Australian Consulate-General Bali is seeking applications for its Direct Aid Program (DAP).
The primary objective of DAP is to promote sustainable community development initiatives that help communities boost their living standards.
The DAP is a small grants program funded from Australia’s aid budget and managed through the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade’s overseas posts, including the Australian Consulate-General in Bali.
Eligible Projects
In 2022-23, the DAP Committee will be looking for projects that:
- Support local COVID-19 response and recovery efforts.
- Achieve practical and tangible outcomes in priority development sectors, including (but not limited to) gender equality, the empowerment of persons with disabilities, and social inclusion.
What groups can receive funding from DAP?
- DAP funds are made available for community groups and non-government organisations engaged in development activities on a not-for-profit basis. All applicants must submit complete application forms, budgets and implementation plans.
Eligibility Criteria
- The Consulate-General’s DAP welcomes applications from Bali, Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) and Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT).
