The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking applications for its Leaders Advancing Democracy (LEAD) Mongolia Program with a motive to shape the next generation of democratic champions through a variety of leadership opportunities, skills building training, and project implementation.
LEAD Mongolia Program is looking for 30 qualified Mongolian Emerging Leaders from across the country to take part in this important initiative.
Focus Areas
The program will focus on three policy challenges:
- environment and urbanization
- poverty alleviation and unemployment
- transparency and anti-corruption
Eligibility Criteria
- LEAD Mongolia is open to applicants between the ages of 25 and 40 who are able to articulate their unique vision for positive democratic development in Mongolia.
- Applicants also should have at least five years of professional and volunteer work experience related to LEAD-Mongolia program goals.
