The National Institutes of Health (NIH), an agency of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking applications from eligible organizations for a program entitled “Fogarty HIV Research Training Program for Low-and Middle-Income Country Institutions” in order to strengthen the scientific capacity of institutions in low- and middle-income countries (LMIC) to conduct HIV research on the evolving HIV epidemic in their country.
