The Partnership for Transparency Europe, in collaboration with “4U” and the Odesa regional NGO “Committee of Voters of Ukraine,” is inviting public organizations to monitor local reconstruction and recovery projects in Ukraine. Selected organizations will receive training, mini-grants, and expert mentorship to ensure transparent, efficient, and high-standard reconstruction in six regions. This initiative strengthens civil society capacity and accountability at the community level.
