The Municipality of Vushtrri/Vučitrn, in partnership with UNDP under the ReLOaD3 programme, invites Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Kosovo to apply for funding to strengthen local governance, civic participation, cultural development, and community engagement. Grants range from EUR 5,000 to EUR 30,000, with projects running 6–12 months between May 2026 and April 2027. Priority is given to CSOs operating within the Municipality of Vushtrri/Vučitrn.

The ReLOaD3 initiative aims to enhance cooperation between local authorities and civil society and improve local service delivery. Who is Eligible?

Non-profit organizations established in Kosovo with prior working experience in Vushtrri/Vučitrn in at least one of the priority areas

While CSOs from across Kosovo may apply, priority is given to organizations operating within the Municipality of Vushtrri/Vučitrn
Exclusion criteria:

Organizations with conflicts of interest, including municipal officials involved in organizational structures or project implementation

Organizations providing direct or indirect financial benefits to municipal officials or their relatives

CSOs attempting to influence the evaluation process improperly
