Deadline: 15-Nov-2025
The V4 Gen Mini-Grant Program provides support for short-term mobility of youth in the age group 12–30.
The program emphasizes inclusiveness, teaching and learning, and cross-border cooperation, encouraging youth from diverse backgrounds to acquire new competences, engage with regional neighbors, and build lasting networks. The V4 Gen Mini-Grants offer a valuable platform for cultural exchange, practical skills development, civic engagement, and personal growth among young people in the region.
The V4 Gen Mini-Grants focus on engaging youth in projects across several key areas: raising awareness and implementing community-based initiatives for sustainability and climate resilience; exploring common histories and heritage through education and oral-history projects; promoting health, active lifestyles, and well-being; facilitating cultural exchanges and joint artistic productions; strengthening democratic values, civic participation, and volunteering; and fostering practical skills, entrepreneurship, and short-term training opportunities through cross-border collaboration.
The grants aim to fund short-term cross-border mobility of young people aged 12–30 and encourage joint events with active participation from all sides. Each project must include at least one public presentation for the local community, combined with creative outreach through social media, websites, or on-site events. Projects can cover costs such as transportation, accommodation, food, materials, honoraria, promotional activities, and other directly related expenses, with maximum funding of €10,000 per project.
To submit a project proposal via My Visegrad, interested organizations should first contact a partner organization and agree on a joint project plan. Draft project ideas must be registered at least two weeks before the deadline, after which applicants must complete and submit the full application form. Once submitted, applicants await the results, and if supported, they confirm, sign the grant contract, and begin the project.
Registration for V4 Gen mini-grant schemes closes on November 15, 2025.
