WFT-Trust inviting Concept Notes for promoting Women, Girls and Children Rights in Tanzania in Response to COVID19 Crisis

Grants to Build Roster of CSOs, NGOs, Local Contractors in Cameroon

Being part of the wider community of Tanzanians, WFT-Trust is currently working towards supporting its Grantees and other actors in the women/girls’ movements/sectors in the fight against the novel CORONA Virus and in addressing its impacts through different means. It is in line with this emergency situation that WFT-Trust is inviting Special Concept Notes from women and girls’ movement actors, Coalition membership, Current and Past grantees and the General Public.

Women Fund Tanzania-Trust (WFT-Trust) is a grant making women’s rights fund that was registered in September 2008 and changed by application of the law into a Trust Fund in September 2019. The Fund focuses on supporting rights-based initiatives that are working towards promoting women, girls and children rights. Alongside, the fund supporting capacity enhancement of WROs, networks and coalitions which leads to a strengthened girls and women’s movement in the country.

All Concept Notes must seek to address a need created by the COVID-19 crisis, and align with at least one of the following thematic risks:
