The World Food Programme (WFP), in partnership with Lebanon’s Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE), invites partners to support its School Meals Programme. The initiative aims to provide healthy meals and snacks to vulnerable Lebanese and refugee children across all Lebanese governorates, reaching up to 150,000 students in 421 public schools from 01 August 2026 to 31 July 2028.

The WFP School Meals Programme addresses gaps in access to primary education and nutrition for vulnerable children in Lebanon. It targets both Lebanese and refugee populations and integrates multiple food delivery modalities while strengthening school capacities.
