The United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Tunisia is launching an invitation to tender for the Study Office for the development and implementation of a program to strengthen the capacities of entrepreneurs and local authorities in the areas related to the green economy.
Objectives
- micro-entrepreneurs and project bearers in the domain of the entrepreneurial economy and the economy of the economy in the governorates of Gabès, Gafsa, Kébili, Médenine, Tataouine, Tozeur as well as
- Local authorities from South East Tunisia (municipalities), Office of the Development of the South) in identification, promotion and financing of green initiatives, inclusive and sensitive to the genre.
Specific Objectives
- On the one hand, women entrepreneurs and support structures. The sera program Oriented by the Entrepreneurship in the Gate Sectors (South Note) as by example the eco-energy building, eco-tourism, bio agriculture, durable transport, circular economy, renewable energies and recycling of agricultural products and managers, etc. The program takes into account the specifics of women’s lives.
- On the other hand, of 15 representatives of the local authorities of the south-east. The proposed program will be divided into two two-day training sessions and will focus on PPP projects in green economy and project installation.
- The formation of less than 120 entrepreneurs (minimum 40% of women) and organisms of the entrepreneurial ecosystem (in the presence or distance of the sanitary conditions) in the governorates of Gabès, Gafsa, Kébili, Médenine, Tataouine, Tozeuro.
- The formation of 15 representatives and representatives of local authorities (at a minimum of 50% of women) on the thematic topics in the governorates of the South East.
- The priority domains inscribed in the 50 capacity reinforcement program entrepreneurs for the creation or the scaling of their green businesses in the governorates of Gabès, Gafsa, Kébili, Médenine, Tataouine, Tozeur.
- Identification and development of the plan of action of two initiatives in the motherland of green economy. They devront integrate the dimension of PP, genre, and development local economy in the region of South East.
- Beneficiaries of the will be formation formations identified in the concert with the PNUD according to transparent and objective criteria. They include not only the vulnerable women micro-entrepreneurs appearing in the UNDP database as well as the beneficiaries of the E&D project.
- Profile – describing the nature of the activity, the domain of expertise, the licenses, certifications, accreditations;
- Commercial licenses – registration documents, attestation of payment of property, etc.;
- State of financial verification of the most recent rates – state of results and balance sheet for stability stability finance, liquidity, solvency and market reputation, etc.;
- Background – list of clients having benefits from similistic services to cells that claim PNUD, content of a description of the contract object, of the contract duration, of the value of contract and references to contact;
- Certificates and accreditations – and comprise quality certificates, trade certificates, environmental viability certificates, etc.
- Declaration of non-registration on the list 1267/1989 of the Council of Security of the UN, on the list of the UN division of the acoustics or on any other UN exclusion list.
- The representative of the services should declare the manner in which he would respond to the findings of the PNUD in a detailed description of the essential modalities of the essential execution, the conditions of information and of quality assurance mechanisms that are misunderstood and dismantled by the methodology its proposed adaptation to local conditions and to the contexts of the services.
