The TELUS International Philippines Community Board Program designs, builds and delivers next-generation digital solutions to enhance the customer experience (CX) for global and disruptive brands.
TELUS International’s integrated solutions span digital strategy, innovation, consulting and design, IT lifecycle including managed solutions, intelligent automation and end-to-end AI data solutions including computer vision capabilities, as well as omnichannel CX and trust and safety solutions including content moderation.
TELUS International partners with brands across high growth industry verticals, including tech and games, communications and media, eCommerce and fintech, healthcare, and travel and hospitality.
Funding Information
- Donations to a maximum USD 10,000 (most applications will be funded up to USD 5,000, with a maximum of 2 applications per year funded at $10,000).
Eligibility Criteria
- TELUS is actively looking to provide charitable support to community programs through its TELUS International Philippines Community Board. As a general rule, the TELUS community board will only support:
- Nonprofit organizations registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission and Bureau of Internal Revenue
- Single year programs (no multi-year programs).
- All funds are listed in US dollars, including the amount the applicant is requesting. Funding to be released in Philippine Pesos based on current currency exchange.
- Community boards generally meet quarterly.
