Funding and Benefits

- Accommodation in double rooms at UNECON dormitory
- One-time scholarship of RUB 30,000 for the fellowship period

- Medical insurance

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be citizens of an ASEAN country
- Reside outside the Russian Federation
- Not be enrolled in Russian educational institutions
- Not be employed by Russian organizations at the time of application
- Be aged between 21 and 40 years
- Have at least B2-level English proficiency
