The House of Europe is inviting applications for its Small Infrastructure Grant Programme to focus on the culture and creative sector, education, youth work, social entrepreneurship and media.
They offer over 15 programs: grants for personal projects, conference trips, courses and internships in the EU and the UK.
They offer grants to civil organisations that aim to advance Ukrainian culture despite shellings. Renovate one of the museum’s halls, design a cosy backyard for a film screening, or purchase mics to launch a podcast about Ukrainian culture under war.
Funding Information
- From EUR 10,000 to EUR 20,000 on building materials, furniture, gadgets, equipment, builder’s fees, and shipment
- Fuel and honoraria for the core team
- Membership in the alumni community bringing you even more grants, networking events, and fresh development opportunities daily.
- Duration: You will have four months to purchase equipment and set up the space.
Eligible Expenses
- Everything for repairs: building materials, equipment, etc.
- Everything for arranging the space: furniture, appliances, equipment, computer hardware, software, etc.
- The work of the construction team, furniture makers, etc.
Ineligible Expenses
- Military or medical goods: weapons, helmets, body armor, drones, first aid kits, etc.
- Humanitarian aid: clothing, food, personal hygiene products, material assistance, etc.
- Travel expenses: tickets, hotel accommodation, etc.
- Custom software.
Eligibility Criteria
- Nonprofit public organizations working in the field of culture: clubs, art spaces, activist associations, non-governmental institutions.
- The desire to continue working for the benefit of one’s community — with your locality or another region of Ukraine.

- Commercial organizations
- Individuals
- Individual entrepreneurs (IEPs)
- Political organizations
- Military organizations.
