Deadline: 30-Sep-22
The EEA and Norway Grants are inviting proposals for the Programme Environment, Ecosystems and Climate Change to provide infrastructure and appropriate analytical methods for the identification of new pollutants in the aquatic environment.
Funding of projects aimed at providing infrastructure and appropriate analytical methods for the identification of new pollutants in the aquatic environment will be made possible through this call for proposals CALL-3A ÅLESUND.
The third area of the Program is focused on the protection of water quality in the Czech Republic and reducing micropollutant pollution of surface waters
The Czech Republic is obliged to monitor the quality of water on its territory within the framework of its European and global obligations. The determination of concentrations of new pollutants requires in many cases the use of new, more sensitive and accurate analytical methods, the use of which depends on the acquisition of suitable laboratory equipment. Therefore, one of the goals of Program is to improve the conditions for comprehensive monitoring of micropollutants, taking into account the list of priority substances, the current list of monitored substances and the list of specific pollutants.
The Alesund call may provide support for measures to acquire relevant infrastructure and analytical methods for the identification of certain pollutants in the aquatic environment.
