Project Goal 

The primary goal of this project is to support current peace and reconciliation efforts through developing media fact-checking, enhancing reporting on local/regional peace activities, and strengthening provincial media organizations.

Project Audience 

The primary audience for this project is the Afghan public. The elements on fact-checking and local/regional peace activities reporting will be directed toward a national audience. The audience for the element on provincial media will be provincial journalists and media organizations. The focus of this element will be a small group of provinces, excluding Kabul, and the applicant will provide a justification for their choices.
