DFID: Independent Evaluation of the Supporting Nutrition in Pakistan (SNIP)

The UK’s Department for International Development (DFID) is currently seeking applications for Independent Evaluation of the Supporting Nutrition in Pakistan (SNIP).

This independent impact evaluation will focus specifically and only on the food fortification component of the SNIP programme.  DFID is primarily interested to learn whether the programme has achieved the intended impacts in improving the nutritional status of women of childbearing age and children and assess the long-term sustainability of the programme beyond the implementation of the programme.

The evaluation will generate information about the overall impact of the programme at the midpoint and end of the five year implementation period, and up to four years after the programme has closed to determine sustainability.
