The Department of State Embassy o f the United States in Tokyo, Japan is inviting applicants for “Women of Okinawa Power Alliance Network (WOPAN) Program and Events” with an aim to encourage applications from the international community to support women’s empowerment programs and networking opportunities in Okinawa.
In 2016, the U.S. Consulate in Naha launched the Women of Okinawa Power Alliance Network (WOPAN) program to provide networking and empowerment opportunities for all women (and men) in Okinawa.
