EU Call for Proposals: Supporting Civil Society Organizations Capacities in Albania

Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation's Short Term Grant for Armenian Studies

The European Union (EU) is currently accepting proposals from eligible organisations for a program entitled “Support to Civil Society Organizations Capacities” to contribute to strengthening Civil Society’s role and capacities in Albania.

The  objective of this Call for Proposals is to strengthening CSO’s watchdog role, organizational capacities and their role as drivers of change, promoting human rights protection, transparency and good governance, promote freedom of opinion and expression and partnership with media, accountability and fight against corruption, support active participation and advocacy work at local and national level to monitor and influence policies, legislation and decision making processes and implementation of key reforms and further support of the country in the EU accession process.

Grant Information

The overall indicative amount made available under this call for proposals is EUR 5,400,000. The Contracting Authority reserves the right not to award all available funds.
