The European Union (EU) is currently accepting proposals from eligible organisations for a program entitled “European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights Country Based Support Scheme-Sudan” with an aim to promote the respect for, protection and fulfilment of human rights in Sudan, and to strengthen the role of civil society organisations in the consolidation of democracy and the rule of law.

Thematic Priorities

Size of Grants

Any grant requested under this Call for Proposals must fall between € 80,000 and € 240,000.

Location

Actions must take place in Sudan.

Duration

The initial planned duration of an action may not be lower than 18 months nor exceed 36 months.
