Funding Program: YOUNG PEOPLE remember [re]create Digital History

Youth Endowment Fund: Testing for Impact Grant Round – UK

Deadline: 16-Apr-23

Applications are now open for the YOUNG PEOPLE remember [re]create Digital History Funding Program financed with resources from the German Foreign Office.

The project focuses on collaborative work as well as joint development of digital tools and applications, e.g. campaigning projects, interactive biographies or virtual reality applications, augmented reality, apps, social media campaigns, serious games, interactive websites or media stations. It is important that these are developed for international historical-political youth educational work.

Campaigning entails primarily using various means of press and public relations work to achieve an objective in the most effective and efficient way possible within a certain period of time and in order to convince people of one’s cause. In campaigning, the target group is not simply the addressee; people are to be turned into enthusiasts, and in the best case even an ambassador. In the area of social media, community management is particularly important so that active interaction with the target group is possible.
