The U.S. Mission to India is pleased to announce applications for Ocean Matters that Safeguards Ocean Health in the Indo-Pacific.

Project Goal
Inspire, inform, and mentor youth citizen science volunteers to care for the Ocean in the nation extending to the shared waters of the Indo-Pacific region, and supports Mission Objective of strengthening India’s environmental infrastructure to face climate change.

Project Audience(s)
High school students (ages 13 to 19) from three Indian cities, including underserved coastal populace; high school and secondary science teachers and educators; environmental activists; and youth influencers from the region.
