The Nauru Ocean Resources Inc (NORI) is pleased to announce that applications are now open for Phase 2 of the Community Initiative Project Grant which will provide financial support for small-to-medium scale homegrown community development projects.
Areas
The project shall provide funding support for small and medium scale community development projects in the following areas:
- Youth & healthy living;
- Agriculture & food security;
- Water supply & storage;
- Ocean health & the environment;
- Education; and
- Women empowerment.
Funding Information
Grants will range from $ 1,000- $ 10,000 depending on scope and applications must be submitted alongside a detailed explanation of the target community, the number of people who will benefit, as well as the project costs.
Criteria
Application forms are available from the NORI office at Eigugu Hardware Store Building, Denig District and can also be downloaded via given website.
