The Women’s Fund Armenia is offering grants to support feminist gatherings and a variety of events and actions dedicated to feminist goals, community empowerment, and inspiring change.
They welcome applications that align with the mission and focus on raising awareness about domestic violence, addressing and preventing it, reflecting on its gendered dimensions, amplifying the voices of systemically ignored groups in the context of domestic violence, and challenging patriarchal structures.

- Grant Amount: Up to 500,000 AMD (including taxes)
Who can apply?
- They invite a wide range of applicants, including:
- Feminist self-organized groups
- Researchers in academia and beyond
- Artists and creative initiatives
- Local and community-based feminist activists
- Civil society organizations and coalitions
- Student groups
Content of Applications
- They expect applications to include:
- Workshops: Interactive sessions aimed at skill development, education, and empowerment.
- Panel Discussions: Events addressing the issue from diverse perspectives.
- Performances: Artistic presentations, including theater, music, dance, spoken word, stand-up comedy, and more, aimed at raising awareness.
- Film Screenings: Showings of documentaries or other films.
- Exhibitions: Visual art displays that reflect the issue from a feminist perspective and encourage critical thinking.
- Community Actions: Activist initiatives or campaigns aimed at mobilizing and engaging the public.
Selection Criteria
- All applications will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Feminist Values: How well the project reflects feminist values such as inclusivity and intersectionality.
- Impact: The potential for the project to create positive change within the target group.
- Innovation: Whether the event idea is creative, innovative, and challenges harmful norms.
- Feasibility: The realism of the project in terms of budget, implementation, and timelines.
- Inclusivity: The extent to which the event is inclusive and engages target groups.
