The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Chisinau announces the collection of applications for Small Local Projects that are primarily intended for local entities.
Thematic Areas
- Project proposals should be in line with the thematic priorities of the Czech development cooperation –
- Good Governance,
- Social Infrastructure,
- Agriculture and Rural Development and
- Water and Sanitation and
- can also be extended to related sectors of Health and Sustainable, Smart and Resilient Cities. Cross-cutting focus is this year on climate security and conflict prevention (with an emphasis on the role of women in conflict prevention and resolution and the prevention of crimes against humanity).
Funding Information
- The budget for one project can be minimum 200 000 CZK/ approximately 165 000 MDL and maximum 500 000 CZK/ approximately 400 000 MDL.
Eligibility Criteria
- Projects are primarily intended for local entities; however, possible application of Czech products and know-how is highly recommended while stick to the principle of sustainability.
- Possible synergies/linkages with other instruments funded by the Czech Republic are also welcome.
- Each organization can submit only 1 project proposal.
